Acute Back and Neck Pain

Physiotherapy can help patients with low back pain or neck pain with or without radicular symptoms.

It aims at faster symptomatic relief, and thus leads to less chronic disability.

  1. Recommend structured exercise programmes tailor-made to the physical condition of patients

  2. Provide people with advice and information to promote self-management of their low back pain

  3. Adequate symptomatic relief

  4. Therapeutic exercises
