Celebrating 15-Year Collaboration: HKSH Medical Group and UCLA Health Continue to Strengthen Leadership Training for Healthcare Excellence

(Hong Kong, 30 December, 2025) HKSH Medical Group (HKSH) and UCLA Health have long been committed to strengthening the professional competencies of nursing and allied healthcare personnel through continuous education, aiming to enhance the quality of clinical services. To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the collaboration, HKSH and UCLA Health signed a new three-year cooperation agreement on 8 December 2025, as a new milestone in the cooperation.

During the signing ceremony, Dr. Walton LI, Chief Executive Officer of HKSH Medical Group and Medical Superintendent of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, Dr. TSAO Yen Chow, Chief Clinical Officer of HKSH Medical Group and Deputy Medical Superintendent of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, and Dr. Karen GRIMLEY, Chief Nursing Executive of UCLA Health, signed the agreement of collaboration. This agreement not only continues the fruitful results achieved in professional training and leadership development since 2010, but also establishes a solid foundation for future cooperation. According to the new agreement, both parties will launch the Aspiring Leaders Programme in 2027 to systematically nurture a new generation of healthcare leaders for the future development of HKSH Eastern Medical Centre.
