(25 February 2025, Hong Kong) The HKSH Cardiology Centre and HKSH Cardiac Catheterization & Intervention Centre, established in 2004, have long been at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in cardiac diagnosis and treatment technologies. Through the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, advancement of clinical research, and facilitation of professional training and exchange, the Centres have established themselves as pioneering cardiac facilities in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, delivering excellence in comprehensive cardiac care services.

Committed to enhancing public heart health awareness, the HKSH Cardiology Centre has introduced the “Transcatheter Cardiovascular Interventions Subsidy Scheme” (“the Scheme”), with generous donations from the Li Ka Shing Foundation (LKSF) since 2018, to provide financial assistance to patients in need of procedures related to heart diseases.
