(11 March 2025, Hong Kong) HKSH Medical Group (HKSH) and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a long-term partnership in medical education, clinical training, and medical research. The partnership aligns with the HKSAR Government’s vision of establishing the third medical school to develop Hong Kong into an international health and medical innovation hub. Subject to the HKSAR Government’s approval of HKUST’s proposal to establish a medical school, the MOU seeks to enhance the quality of medical education and drive innovation in medical research, contributing to the advancement of Hong Kong’s medical sector.
