Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital was awarded the EQuIP Accreditation Certificate by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards on 4 March 2010. HKSH is honored to be the first hospital in Hong Kong to receive this international recognition. Among the 40 more items for assessment, the Hospital receives two "OA" (Outstanding Achievement) and eight "EA" (Extensive Achievement). The Hospital considers the achievement a milestone of its pursuit of safe and high standard healthcare services.
